Verkaufsverbot durchgesetzt: Apple stoppt Verkauf von iPad und iPhone

So sind die iPad-Modelle mit 3G und ältere iPhone-Modelle momentan in Apples Online Store nur mit “derzeit nicht verfügbar” ausgezeichnet.

Das betrifft neben dem iPad mit 3G auch das iPhone 3GS und das iPhone 4.

Das neueste iPhone, das iPhone 4S, ist dagegen weiterhin erhältlich.

Wie aber ein Apple-Sprecher sagt, werden die derzeit nicht erhältlichen iPhone- und iPad-Modelle “in Kürze” wieder in den Verkauf gehen.

”All iPad and iPhone models will be back on sale through Apple’s online store in Germany shortly. Apple appealed this ruling because Motorola repeatedly refuses to license this patent to Apple on reasonable terms, despite having declared it an industry standard patent seven years ago.”
